How are the employee tiles sorted on the Succession Org Chart?

Navigate to the Succession Org Chart and open a hierarchy and notice the display from left to right, succession Org Chart is Sorted by User's username by default.

This is current expected system behavior.

When the option "Sort Succession Org Chart by position title" or "Sort Succession Org Chart by employee title" option is selected, depending on the nomination method you're using, Succession Org Chart will be sorted by position tile names or employee titles.

• (For the MDF or legacy position-based nomination method) Sort Succession Org Chart by position title is selected in Admin Center > Org Chart Configuration >Succession org chart.
• (For the role-person nomination method) Sort Succession Org Chart by employee title is selected in Admin Center >Org Chart Configuration  Succession org chart.
• Succession Org Chart will be sorted by position tile names or employee titles.
  

Note

Chinese or Japanese languages with Kanji will be sorted by Unicode.
