Emails were not received while sending email notifications.

A migration was done previously and emails were not received if customers were not using a real domain in the Single Sender option which is located in Provisioning.
There is an upcoming security patch on SFSF side that has been pushed by Security Team.
This change will enable the filter policy "Envelope Sender DNS Verification” in our outgoing mail infrastructure.
The upcoming security patch will require amendment on the customers side in provisioning.
This amendment MUST be done in Provisioning / Company Settings / Single Sender option. (please make sure that the domain is not misspelled )
As a customer, you don't have access to Provisioning. To complete tasks in Provisioning, contact your implementation partner. If you're no longer working with an implementation partner, contact SAP Cloud Support by creating a case with the following component: LOD-SF-PLT-NOT.
If the Single Sender option is left blank which is another option that customers can adopt, then the default setting will be email@example.com
The change in Provisioning (Single sender option) will allow mail sending only for those domains that exist (real domain)
