2939994 - A change has been made to the COUNTRY/REGION field and the way certain geographies are displayed.

The way certain geographies are referenced in SAP products is changing. To provide you greater flexibility in adapting labels according to your needs, please proceed as following to change the corresponding object and picklist in your instance.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to the Employee Central page of the SAP Help Portal and download the latest version of the “Country/Region, Currency, Script configuration files" from the implementation tab under the configuration section. Open the CSV file with the country/region values.
      
2. Update these values in the Admin Center under Manage Data. Search for the Object “Country/Region” and change the labels. Alternatively, this change can also be provided via “Import and Export Data”.
      
3. Update the Legacy Picklist for the picklist ID “country” and “ISOCountryList” according to the values of the country/regions provided in the Object “Country/Region”.
   Therefore, go to the Admin Center and search for “Picklist Center” in Tools. In the Picklist Center, choose the link to Picklist Management. Export all picklists and change the corresponding values for the picklist IDs mentioned above. After the change import the file.
