Symptom

In Message Monitoring, under Data Base tab you see the error below:

 Data retrieval error: java lang NoSuchMethodError: com.sap.aii.mdt.server.adapterframework.ws.AdapterMessageMonitoringLocal.getUserDefinedSearchMessages(Lcom/sap/aii/mdt/server/adapterframework/ws/AdapterFilter;Ljava/util/Set;Ljava/lang/Integer; [Lcom/sap/aii/mdt/server/adapterframework/ws/BusinessAttribute;Ljava/lang/String;)Lcom/sap/aii/mdt/server/adapterframework/ws/MessageSearchReturnValue;. Refer trace files available in Netweaver Admin for further analysis or contact support for further assistance.

In XPI 18 you can see the error below:
