2940359 - NWA 500 Internal server error StyleSheetLink is not valid

Symptom

When accessing the NWA application you are getting a 500 internal server error.

Checking the default trace file just after reproducing the issue you will see the following:

500 Internal Server Error is returned for HTTP request [http://HOSTNAME:PORT/webdynpro/resources/sap.com/tc~lm~itsam~ui~mainframe~wd/FloorPlanApp]:
component [dispatcher],
web module [webdynpro/resources/sap.com/tc~lm~itsam~ui~mainframe~wd],
application [sap.com/tc~lm~itsam~ui~mainframe~wd],
DC name [tc~ui~lightspeed_services],

[EXCEPTION]
com.sap.tc.styles.StyleSheetLinkException: StyleSheetLink "sap_belize/ls/ls_standards.css" is not valid. StartIndex: 99, EndIndex: 99
