2940515 - Error when accessing Reports through Custom Tile

Symptom

When accessing a Custom Tile created for an Analytical Query, the following error message is displayed:

App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment
  • Extended error detail is similar to: 
Failed to resolve navigation target "#AnalyticQuery-finPreview?XQUERY=2CYY1_xxxxxxxx&XSYSTEM=LOCAL". This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content configuration or by a missing role assignment.
