2940601 - Error when uploading a Resume on a Data Capture Form - Recruiting Management

The following error is happening when uploading a Resume in a Data Capture Form:

"There was an error submitting the form. Please try again later."

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. In a Data Capture Form, upload the Resume
2. Enter data in all required fields
3. Accept the DPCS
4. Click on Submit
5. You will have the following error: "There was an error submitting the form. Please try again later."

A possible cause is Document Management Service is not configured correctly.

Document Management Service is not required but if enabled in provisioning, it must be configured in Admin Center > Configure Document Management
