Symptom

E-mail from notification@sapnetworkmail.com (as of Sep 29, 2021 - ias@notifications.sap.com) is not received after importing users via CSV.

Following: 2517844 - How to get the activation e-mail of an Identity Authentication tenant, does not solve the issue.
