Symptom

  • E-mail from ias@notifications.sap.com (before Sep 29th 2021; it was notification@sapnetworkmail.com) is not received after importing users via CSV.
  • Following KBA 2517844 - How to get the activation e-mail of an Identity Authentication tenant, does not solve the issue.
