2940956 - Watchlist Email notification recipient does not save when list exceeds 100 members, or search is performed

Symptom

  • Adding recipients to notifications within monitoring application
  • Clicking OK has no effect
  • The browser console shows this error

    •     at f.press (createMail.fragment.js?eval:246)
    •     at f.a.fireEvent (EventProvider-dbg.js:228)
