Create a calendar event:

1. Login to SAP Jam or SAP Work Zone.
2. Go to the group or workspace where you want to set the calendar event
3. Go to Events
4. Click "Create"; there are several ways to replicate the issue in the following scenarios:

• duration of less than or equals to a week (Mon-Fri, Mon-Sun, Tues-Thurs, <= 7 days)
• duration of at least more than a week (>= 8 days)
  
  • started the event on a Sunday
  • started the event on a Monday
  • started the event on neither Sunday or a Monday

The Calendar event plotting behavior is designed according to the following rule set, based on the start of the week and the duration of the event itself.
See different cases under two scenarios below:

• Scenario 1: duration of the event is less than or equals to a week (Mon-Fri, Mon-Sun, Tues-Thurs, <= 7 days) - This will show on the calendar as a full highlight of the whole span of the event

• Scenario 2: If event spans for at least more than a week (>= 8 days) - This is where the rule starts to differentiate appearance of event plotted in the calendar. There are 3 scenarios that we can look into with the expected behavior:

          2.1 Started the event on a Sunday (as start of the week) - The starting day of the event will show as a highlight just over a bit over the start of the week day's tile without spanning through the whole week. Same with the succeeding start of the week day's highlight. However, if the last week of the event will no longer span for more than a week in the calendar, it will show as highlighted from start of the week until the last day of the event (applied rule from scenario 1)

          2.2 Started the event on a Monday (as start of the week) - The starting day of the event will show as a highlight just a bit short covering the start of the week day's tile without also spanning through the whole week. Same with the succeeding start of the week day's highlight. However, if the last week of the event will no longer span for more than a week in the calendar, it will show as highlighted from start of the week until the last day of the event (applied rule from scenario 1)

          2.3 started the event on neither a Sunday or a Monday - The start of the event will always show as a dot no matter what day it started. The succeeding start of the week appearance will still base on what is set as start of the week (either Monday or Sunday)
