2941162 - Extraction of Data in BW from C4C or BYD System Fails with Error Message

When you try to do Data Extraction in BW system, the extraction will fail for all the data sources and you will get an error message like below.

 "SUBMIT authorization SODQADM required for program ODQ_TASK"

When you switch to Pagination (Open Fetch) Method, it is a mandatory step that the Communication Arrangement needs to be Reactivated.

If this step is not followed, the necessary roles will not be assigned to the technical user. This is the reason for the failure in Data Extraction.

You need to Reactivate the Communication Arrangement. Follow the steps given below.

In C4C

Navigate to Administrator work center and choose Communication Arrangements , select an Arrangement, and click Reactivate.

In ByD

Navigate to Application and User Management work center and choose Communication Arrangements , select an Arrangement, and click Reactivate.
