2941319 - SAP Marketing - Permission import failing due to wrong communication ID

A Marketing Permission Import does not update the Contact's Permissions.

The Permission Import is failing with either one of the following errors:

• "Contact with ID &1 does not have ID &2"
• "Contact with origin &1, ID &2 not found; TIMESTAMP &3, IA_TYPE &4"
