  • Application error received when you access reuse templates

  • Error: object is not an instance of declaring class

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Admin Center
  2. Email Services
  3. Manage Email Templates
  4. Click + option
  5. Select Reuse Template
  6. Application error received

Resolution

  • Workaround is user will have to manually refresh the page.
