2941381 - Problem with creating stored procedure with set_appcontext() function - SAP ASE

Symptom

A procedure created with set_appcontext function raises following errors:

  • Msg 4060, Level 16, State 4:
    Login name not found for suid 3. Check and make sure an entry exists in Syslogins.
  • Msg 10386, Level 14, State 1:
    SELECT BUILTIN permission denied on builtin set_appcontext, owner system administrator
