2941738 - ADS on BTP: Alternative Logon Procedure usage in Destination Service due to HTTP-401 error

Symptom

  • The SAP Forms Service by Adobe is hosted on BTP and being is called from an ABAP system. However, it is failing with the error below:
    SYSTEM ERROR: ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: HTTP-401 Error.(200.101).
  • The password for ADS_AGENT is correct on both BTP and ABAP.
  • The assigned roles to ADS_AGENT are correct as mentioned in KBA #2378564.
  • The destination services in Cloud Connector are set as per SAP Help guide Configure the Destination in Your SAP BTP Subaccount | SAP Help.
