2941841 - Sales Area Dependent Relationships in Individual Customers

You are trying to add sales area dependent relationships to an individual customer, but you do not see the options via adaptation.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Customers work center
2. Go to Individual Customers view
3. Select show all and find for ABC (ABC represents the id of the individual customer)
4. Go to Relationships facet
5. Select Adapt

Here in the Relationships table you see that columns Sales Organisation, Distribution Channel and Division are not available.

Sales area dependent relationships for individual customers is currently not supported and this is also applicable for integration scenarios

This is the expected system behavior and the fuctionlaity will be available in a future release.
