2941885 - Admin console error Dimension workbook must contain a [Members] sheet with BPCFramerControl

Symptom

When attempting to update a dimension sheet in the Admin Console by selecting maintain dim member:
1. the excel sheet is disconnected from the application and will not update.
2. The error when attempting to save changes is "Dimension workbook must contain a [Members] sheet."
3. At the top where it says BPCFramerControl 4 every time you do this the number will increase.
