Cause
Possible scenario's for collecting logs:
- Logon issue.
- Installation issue
Resolution

Navigate to the tab SAP in Excel.
- Click on Help.
- Check the box "Increase Log level".
- Reproduce the issue.
- Now again, click on Help--> Show Log File Directory
- Zip the logs folder
- Attach it in the incident for further checks
