2942127 - Error encountered while creating candidate - Recruiting Management

When you manually creates a candidate profile via Add Candidate, it shows "Error encountered while creating candidate".

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting > Candidates
2. Click 'Add Candidate' to create a candidate profile
3. Click 'Create Profile' and it shows "Error encountered while creating candidate".

This error is caused by misconfigurations in Candidate Profile template.

A possible cause is that the type-id of a background element is more than 4 digits.

e.g. <background-element id="information" type-id="10000" sensitive="false">

Please review the configurations in Candidate Profile template.

The type-id of a background element must be an integer up to 4 digits numbers (1-9999).
