2942240 - Admin is not able to Assign Task Observer to an Item

When an admin would like to add a Task Observer to an item, they are unable to find the item in the Search results.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login to LMS admin side.

2. Navigate to Manage User Learning > Assign Task Observers

3. Try to search for the item, but it won't appear in the search results

Only those items will display in the search which have the Task Checklist set to Enabled at item level.

1. Navigate to Learning activities > Items > Search for the item inquestion
2. Open the Item > Go to the Tasks tab
3. Open the Settings (gear icon)
4. Turn ON the toggle for Enable Task Checklist
5. Save
6. Go back to assigning task observers and the item will appear on your item search result list now
