2942253 - Large size of memory is occupied by allocators Pool/ColumnStore* or Pool/AttributeEngine-IndexVecto*

Symptom

  • You used script "HANA_Memory_Overview_<release>.txt" and "HANA_Memory_TopConsumers_<release>.txt" from SAP Note1969700 to check the memory usage status.
  • You notice that below allocators occupy most of total memory usage:

    Pool/AttributeEngine/idattribute
    Pool/AttributeEngine-IndexVector-BlockIndex
    Pool/AttributeEngine-IndexVector-BTreeIndex
    Pool/AttributeEngine-IndexVector-Single
