Between source location A and the warehouse W deployment by quota has been maintained. Deployment by "fair share rule A" between warehouse W and target locations C and D was maintained.
Deployment is run on all locations. In a situation where demand is greater then ATD, the deployment will deploy only to the warehouse. Expectation is for deployment to distribute available ATD evenly among all locations.
