2942385 - Blank Values in Fields "Delivered Quantity" & "Promised Quantity" but it's not the same in the "Confirmed Quantity" field in the Standard Report : Customer Demand Details

You observe Blank values in Report: Customer Demand Details (SCMCDU01_Q0001) for Fields Delivered Quantity & Promised Quantity although Confirmed Quantity field has values.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics Work Center
2. Navigate to Design Reports View
3. Search for SCMCDU01_Q0001
4. Maintain Selection parameters as Order Category as 114, Delivery Status as 1, Created on "Current Week"
5. Click Apply

You observe "Delivered Quantity" & "Promised Quantity" contains blank fields

Fields Delivered quantity and Promised quantity is empty since their respective Fulfilled, Promised schedule lines unlike confirmed scheduled lines does not exist for this item.

 This is an expected behavior. The quantities will be blank when a particular schedule line does not exist. 0 quantity will be shown only if the schedule line exists and the quantity is 0.
