2942408 - H1 2020 RCM 70205 - Reschedule and update interview - Updated Calendar Invite not Sending through

Behaviour of the outlook interview invite being send out when an interview is rescheduled.

There are 2 scenarios that should be considered while dealing with calendar invite being sent out.

Scenario 1

When Interview is rescheduled on behalf of the candidate (by checking the book slot for candidate), and suppose location , time was updated for the new interview so new invite will go to the interviewer or organizer , but the existing invite will just be updated.

Scenario 2

===

When interview is rescheduled but candidate needs to confirm the interview that time , when a candidate will accept the change of interview time or accepts the interview the old invite will be cancelled and cancelled notification will be triggered. Moreover Interviewer and Organizer will receive a new invite once candidate accepts the interview.
