2942446 - Cannot assign a blank-padded string to a parameter with JDBC type >>VARCHAR<<

An application is trying to read all the accounts from EP Portal via Aggregation (Read Only) process. During this process, the aggregation fails with the below errors as recorded in default tracefile.

You have followed note  2483088 , but the error still persists.
