2942468 - Manage Fixed Asset app gives error FAA_MD149

Changing the WBS element in the Manage Fixed Asset app gives error FAA_MD149 "Interval and bal.sheet-relev. acct ass. obj. can't be changed before &1".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

1. Enter the Manage Fixed Assets app or Manage Legacy Assets app.
2. Enter the company and asset you wish to change. 
3. Enter the newly desired WBS element.
4. Hit save and the error is raised. 

Check the long text of the error, if the asset has postings already on these balance sheet relevant assignment types, then changing is no longer permitted.
Or if there are two open years then changing will not be possible.

You can enter a new time interval to include the change, the error message long text will indicate when you can make the change for.
Making sure that only one year is open, as per the long text of the error.
