• Is it possible to change the candidate type disclaimer from External to Internal or vice-versa?
• Is to possible to update the candidate type in application?

Per current system design, this disclaimer cannot be changed. The "Internal Candidate" disclaimer will only appear if that Candidate Profile is linked to an Employee Account, otherwise the disclaimer will appear as "External Candidate".

As for candidate type in application, it captured the data during application. Even if the candidate is hired or terminated, the candidate type in their application data will not be affected.
