2942602 - "Only TLS ciphers with SHA256 (or greater bit lengths) are deemed secure" alert on SAP Cloud Connector

Symptom

SAP Cloud Connector displays the following warning in the Security Status page:

Only TLS ciphers with SHA256 (or greater bit lengths) are deemed secure

AND/OR

When you access the cloud connector URL via Google Chrome, you see:

This site can't provide a secure connection

<CloudConnectorURL> sent an invalid response.

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
