2942671 - How to verify the Configuration of SF Online Offer with eSignature using DocuSign

Symptom

You have enabled electronic signature for offer letters with DocuSign in your SAP SuccessFactors.You encounter problems when using the feature.  From SAP SuccessFactors, errors could be found in the splunk log like the following.

com.successfactors.sca.ServiceApplicationException: DocuSignRestClient.login : No account exists
at com.successfactors.rcmesignature.service.rest.docusign.DocuSignRestClient.callLogin(DocuSignRestClient.java:376)

example 2:
