2942752 - Surveys in Visits

Symptom

You want to edit Surveys in Visits.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Visits workcenter.

  2. Navigate to Visits view.

  3. Open Visit 123(where 123 is Visit ID).

  4. Go to Surveys facet.

  5. Open 'Completed' Survey ABC(where ABC is Survey Name).

The Survey is not editable.

Cause

The status of Visit 123 is Completed.
You can edit the Completed Surveys for Open/In Process Visits but this is not possible for Visits with status 'Completed'.

Resolution

This is the current system behavior.If you want to make changes in Survey, you may create a new Visit with similar Surveys.
