2942938 - Wrong Version of SAP HANA Client Detected in Phase PREP_INPUT/TOOLCHECKXML_DBCLI_1ST during an Update

While performing a HANA update, during the PREP_INPUT/TOOLCHECKXML_DBCLI_1ST phase,  it shows the below error that the HANA Client version is not sufficient:

The upgrade procedure needs a patched version of the tool listed below.
Each tool in question was called from a fixed path.
