Symptom
You would like to know how party was determined in a document, for example, a ticket.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
- Go to the Administrator work centre.
- Go to the General Settings view.
- Select Check Party Determination link.
- Select Business Object Type.
- Provide Business Object ID.
- Click Go.
Here you can see how the parties was determined.
