2943020 - Facebook Channel Unavailable in Social Media Workflow Rule


When creating a workflow rule of type Social Media, you notice the Facebook channel is not available to be selected in the channels list.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Administrator work center.
  2. Navigate to Workflow Rules.
  3. Click New.
  4. Select the Business Object as Ticket.
  5. Navigate to Actions tab.
  6. Select the activity as Social Media.
  7. Open the channels list.
  8. See that Facebook is not displayed.


The Workflow Rule engine currently does not support the Facebook social media channel.


If you need this functionality urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center.
