2943070 - Skillsoft Connector - org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Transport error: 302 Error: Found

When running the Skillsoft Connector, it is failing and returning:

"com.plateausystems.connector.api.ConnectorException: Exception occured while getting input files from skill soft through web services com.plateausystems.elms.util.helper.ElmsCheckedException: org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Transport error: 302 Error".

The failure and error are caused due to the URLs in the "skillsoft.item.connector.endpoint" and "skillsoft.subjectarea.connector.endpoint" configuration lines. The URLs are placed as "http", while they should be "https".

In the Learning admin side, click:

1. System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > CONNECTORS >
2. Search for "connector.endpoint" > You will find "skillsoft.item.connector.endpoint" and "skillsoft.subjectarea.connector.endpoint" >
3. The URLs are currently with "http" > It is necessary to add an "s" to the "http", making it "https", in both lines > Apply Changes.
