2943074 - [CO] PILA - Termination and non remunerated absence (SLN / LNR)

Symptom

When the employee has termination in the same day of an absence or in a subsequent day, the PILA report is generated with flag 'retiro' in the SLN line. It returns an error message from the PILA operator.
