2943085 - Scheduling to SFTP sub-directory fails with error "Error creating directory on server."

• Scheduling to SFTP fails with error "destination directory error. [Error creating directory on server.]: [CrystalEnterprise.Sftp]" when sub-directory is used, for example "./test".
• Schedule is successful when root (".") is used.
• The following error is seen in Adaptive Job Server logs:
  "destination_ftp: exception caught while creating destination dir [./test] on ftp server [ftp.ctca-hope.com]. Details: [Error stringres ID [41313]. Error creating directory [//test] on SFTP server. SFTP Code: 2]."
