2943100 - Error: You do not have permission to view this profile for Future dated new hire through Onboarding

When you navigate to Employee directory and search for external users. Below error is thrown on the search result.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

Navigate to employee directory> check the "show inactive users" > search for the candidate.

Permission missing for the admin:give Include inactive users in search option permission to ONB role.

Go to company and logo settings , verify if "hide external user in the search results" is unchecked.
