You receive a Quotation from Ariba into SAP S/4Hana system via cXMLQuoteMessage_In (which processed by class CL_ARBERP_QUOTES4H_QTEM_IN) and the cXML contains comment and attachment, but that does not appear in the created Quotation in S/4Hana system.
