2943288 - IFbA: ADS exception: Unable to allocate iconv_t object

Symptom

  • Some PDF files can not be generated by ADS
  • The PDF file can be generated successfully when logon with EN language, but failed when logon with another language with same parameter. 
  • ADS error in default trace:
    com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ads.exception.TransientException: A problem was encountered with the results: Exception: IDL:com/adobe/document/xmlform/RenderException:1.0
    Reason: 0 : Unable to allocate iconv_t object
