The errors below occur when trying to open the Outlook server-side add-in in a shared mailbox.

This is expected behaviour. Shared mailboxes are not supported by Microsoft Office JS API. Thus, the Server-Side Outlook Add-In does not support shared mailboxes. If the errors persist and are not related to shared mailboxes, please raise a new case.
