2943559 - Push Notifications Not Working on Android Devices in China

When you configure the push notifications on the system, for example, workflow rules, the same is not working on Android devices, but working on iOS devices.

SAP Cloud for Customer

Android device is using Firebase Cloud Messaging service to push notification, due to Google service is forbidden in China Mainland. Most of Chinese Android device will remove all the Google service function. That’s means this FCM service will also not available at Chinese Android device.

 Currently, this is not supported.
