2943573 - Delete Time Account Details via Import

Requirement

Clean up Time Account Details records for Inconsistent Data: Instead of using “Delete” (as it is only meant to be for parent object) we should use “Delimit” Operator to delete the incorrect records.

This may be needed if there are duplicate time account postings (employee times / Accruals for example).

1. Export the Time Account – Time Account Details record - By default it exports all the Time Account Details records in the system with their respective Time Account External code.
2. If you want to work with one of time Account-time account details record, then export this Time Account including dependencies and use only Time Account – Time Account details csv file from the ZIP folder for clean up.
3. Operator = Delimit (to be used) for the all the inconsistent data which needs to be deleted from the system, add this operator to the corresponding records.
4. Import the csv file with Time Account – Time account Details as generic Object selection in the incremental mode.
5. This will delete only those records where Delimit operator was added.
