2943601 - ChaRM Cross-Reference check does not show conflict between Transport of Copies and Transport Request

• When moving normal change to To Be Tested "Cross-Reference check popup" shows conflict between original transport requests of two normal change documents instead of showing ToC of normal being changed.
• Creation and Release of a Transport of Copies (ToC) is triggered via PPF action in a Change Document, but the Cross Reference check pop-up appears showing a conflict between the source Transport Request for the Transport of Copies, and a different Transport Request in another Change Document. 
• You expect the Cross Reference check pop-up to show conflict between a ToC and an existing Transport Request at the time of ToC creation and release, but the Cross Reference check pop-up instead shows a conflict between the source Transport Request for the ToC and a different Transport Request in another Change Document.
