2943659 - Insert Document Link option is not showing while creating the Custom Tile

Insert Document Link option is not showing while creating the Custom Tile.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite.

1. Go to Manage Home Page.
2. Add Custom Tile.
3. In Navigation Section : Insert Document Link is not showing in Content.

Onboarding features are not enabled.

1. If you have Onboarding features, you can distribute onboarding documents using the (Insert Document Link) icon in the toolbar.
2. Onboarding features here means the options in Provision page > Company Settings > "Enable Onboarding 1.0 Application" or "Onboarding (including Internal Hire Process)" is enabled.
3. After enable the Onboarding features  Insert Document Link will appear as below :
