2944055 - Error Message Cannot Create Territory, Parent Territory Already on the Lowest Level is Displayed when Creating a SubTerritory

When trying to create a SubTerritory, the error message Cannot create territory, Parent Territory already on the lowest level and Territory hierarchy level is not correct is displayed.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Navigate to Service work center.
2. Navigate to Territories work center view.
3. Select a territory.
4. Click New.
5. Click New SubTerritory.
6. Add the territory details.
7. Click Save.
8. See the error.

These error messages are displayed when there are no sufficient levels maintained in the territory hierarchy.

In order to check the hierarchy and maintain it, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Business Configuration work center.
2. Navigate to Overview work center view.
3. Search for Territory Hierarchy Level.
4. Open it.
5. See the levels of the territories maintained.
