2944084 - Add / Remove the standard status "Auto Disqualified" - Recruiting Management

• Is it possible to add / remove the standard status "Auto Disqualified" to a Status Group?
• Is it possible to regroup standard system statuses?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Edit Applicant Status Configuration in Admin Center

2. Add New Status Group

3. Select the Group Type

4. Standard status "Auto Disqualified" is not listed

This is the current system design. Just like other system statuses, the Auto Disqualified status is automatically created and listed by the system in the System Statuses group. Unlike other regular statuses, these system statuses cannot be controlled by users. 

When a recruiting user has established a set of pre-screening questions on the requisition that have disqualifying questions or a passing score requirement, and applicants fail the pre-screen, they are automatically placed in the Auto Disqualified status. There is no way to “group” that system status with other statuses and it is not possible to manually drag a candidate to such a status either.

It is also not possible to regroup system statuses so that they appear as substatuses in the Application Pipeline. They will each be displayed separately. 

There is no way to even remove the standard system status - Auto Disqualified. Even after creating new application pipeline system statuses will always be active.
