2944108 - Changing the Recruiter to the Recruiting Team is throwing an error - Recruiting Management

Whenever I try to set the Recruiter as part of the Recruiter Team and change the Recruiter to someone else, I get an error. It also saves the Recruiter, but the Recruiter Team field new value doesn't get saved.

Although the system distinguishes the two operators, they have the same permissions (operatorTeam inherits the permission of the the operatorName). When you are making a change, although you haven't changed it yet, the system might already be processing it in the background. So, when you are making the change, it's validating the permission, since you're no longer an operator of that job requisition, you're not allowed to edit it, so once you try to change the recruiter to recruiterTeam, the system doesn't allow it, which is why it doesn't save.

This is actually an expected behavior. If you are the current Recruiter and is trying to change it somebody else, then add yourself as part of the Recruiter Team, the system is not allowing to do this task, only to add someone else as Recruiter because the system might not be seeing you as the recruiter in the background, and is throwing this error message. Someone else would need to do this change so it doens't throw any errors, since this change is not actually changing the Operator and its permissions, it's only changing the type to become part of operator team.
