2944291 - Excel template cannot be edited

You have downloaded an Excel template from the Office Template Maintenance Tool but it cannot be edited; the Edit Template option is greyed out.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1.  Go to the Admin work centre.
2. Go to the Microsoft Office template maintenance view.
3. Download the template for "New Lead" for example.
4. In the Excel sheet, logon and go to the SAP tab
5. Result: The option "Edit Template" is greyed out.

The 'Office Template Maintenance Tool' is deprecated.

Please use XML maps to build your template. This is the standard behavior of the system.
