2944367 - Revaluation: Start of consideration shifted to the first day of the month

Symptom

You are managing lease-in contracts with valuation. When performing a subsequent valuation the message RECEPR023 "The specified start of evaluation was corrected" is raised and the start of consideration is moved to the first day of the month.
