2944385 - The Sales Organization Details are Shown as # Not Assigned in the Standard Report Account Responsibility Data

You opened the standard report Account Responsibility Data (technical ID BPCSRSPB_Q0001) and the data for characteristic Sales Organization only shows # not assigned.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the work center Business Analytics and the view Design Reports.
2. Show all reports and open the standard report Account Responsibility Data (ID BPCSRSPB_Q0001).
3. Run the report.
4. Go to the view are and the characteristic Sales Organization.
5. You will notice that for most or all of the accounts the Sales Organization is as shown as # not assigned.

The data source behind the standard report Account Responsiblity Data only shows the account team information.

The sales organization is shown in reporting in case the account team is maintained sales org dependent. This needs to be activated for each party role code and then can be maintained in the Account Team facet. In your case the account team is not mainatained as described.

In case you want to report on the account sales data please use the other standard report Account Details (technical ID BUPCSD_Q0001) instead.
